With countless programs out there on the internet available, it can be a daunting task to know where to begin. Not to mention that everyone is screaming, “My program is the one for you!”

How could you ever pick one?

#1 Get Stacked

The Get Stacked is my flagship program here at CoryG Fitness.

It’s what I do with my #4amcrew every day here at Old School Gym.

What is it / who is it for?

The program combines squat every day principles from the Bulgarian weightlifters, powerlifting and the conjugate method from Westside Barbell, bodybuilding principles from the Golden Era, and finally my modern, unique twist on all of it.

So, if you want to increase your squat, bench, and deadlift, and tackle some crazy supersets for some insane pumps, then this is the workout for you.

Get Stacked for Athletes is just what it sounds like… made specifically for athletes.

What is it / who is it for?

Athletes that would normally do the traditional Get Stacked plan, but need a more specific athlete-focused plan. If you’re an athlete looking to get bigger, faster, and stronger, then this is the program for you.

The Dumbbell Shred program is perfect for the busy individual, people short on time, people that travel a bunch, or people that don’t have access to a lot of equipment.

Make no mistake, this program will challenge you! You’d be surprised what I can cook up in the lab when it comes to dumbbell and bodyweight movements. Give it a try!
