The Entry Point - CoryG Fitness

Too many people focus on the end point rather than the entry point.

The end point, aka the finish line, always stays ahead of you.  You never all-the-way get there. Once you check the box, new goals are created, and the process continues.

Humans are progressive and always want more. Money money, more power, more status, etc. etc. etc.

Where is YOUR Entry Point?

When you come to CoryG Fitness you should be thinking about where your entry point is. Where do I start, as opposed to how fast can I look like Cory or other people with abs?

Where do you enter into the process to learn, be consistent, and make positive changes with your body? Once the point is identified, you will evolve and push to be the best version of yourself.[/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=”black” style=”shadow” css_animation=”fadeIn”][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeIn”]

My Entry Point

My entry point was personal training and folding towels at the front desk of a tennis club. I’m still in the personal training space, but on a larger scale. Before I reached the level I am currently at today, I was 1-on-1 at the gym.

Personal training led me to the world of supplements. Supplements were a personal passion, but I never dreamt that personal training would lead me to where it did. Supplements took my career into another stratosphere.[/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=”black” style=”shadow” css_animation=”fadeIn”][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeIn”]

Where is Your Entry Point?

I have many people approach me about wanting to get started in the fitness world. I tell them that my entry point was folding towels at a gym for $7 an hour.

I was keeping a close watch on the busy personal trainers. I was studying how they interacted with their clients. I was looking at the entire operation.

That’s how I entered the game.

Maybe it’s the Dumbbell Shred Program. Maybe you start with walking on an incline treadmill versus lunging for four months and not miss. The entry point is different for everyone.[/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=”black” style=”shadow” css_animation=”fadeIn”][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeIn”]

Entry Point. Process. Entry Point. Process.

The “end point” will come through the process. Even then, there’s never really an end. Focus on the entry point of what it is that you’re after. Then, focus on the daily consistent execution of the process. The rest will take care of itself.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
