So where should you focus?
On the little things. The small actions and choices you make on a day to day basis.
Are you going to grab the drive through cheeseburger or cook something and bring it to work?
Are you going to camp out on the couch and binge the latest show on Netflix or hit the gym, trail, whatever?
Are you going to endlessly scroll social media and follow people that A) Don’t care about you B) Maybe want to sell you something or C) Fill your head with a bunch of BS or are you going to read/listen to something that will make you smarter?
The common denominator? These are choices all within our control.
Start small: swap out one bad habit, go for a walk or simply choose something healthy over fries.
Little wins snowball into massive transformations.
