No matter what your answers are to these questions, I have a program that fits your needs and lifestyle.

Here’s the program lineup:

Pump :30: daily workout (think MP days) posted every day, Monday through Friday. Takes 30 minutes or less. Great for busy gyms and people who don’t have access to a bunch of equipment.

Dumbbell Shred: Bands, bodyweight, and dumbbells – that’s it. Takes around an hour give or take, and is a great option when you’re traveling or have a busy family. Also comes in 3 levels – beginner through advanced.

Cardio Shredz: Bands, dumbbells and cardio! The verbatim program I send to Kyle Richards.

Get Stacked Plan: The plan I personally follow that combines, Golden Era bodybuilding & Westside Barbell powerlifting with my modern-day CoryG twist. All together takes 1-2 hours depending on the day, but it comes in 3 levels – beginner thru advanced!
