WARMUP: 3 SETS

Rotator Cuff: 20 reps
Push-ups: 10-20 reps

*Should take less than 5 minutes

 

MAIN MOVE CHEST: 15 MINUTES

Incline Barbell Bench Press: 20, 15, 10, 5, 20 reps

*Do a set of 15 Bent Over Lateral Rows after each set

 

5 SET TRI-SET: 10 MINUTES

Dumbbell Flat Bench PRess: 20, 15, 10, 15, 20 reps
Flat Fly: 20, 15, 10, 15, 20 reps
Push-ups: 20, 15, 10, 15, 20 reps

 

RECAP

Warmup: 5
Main Move: 15
Tri-set: 10
