The data says that most people fall of in mid-to-late January every year with their New Years resolutions. This may be the fate of the majority of people out there, but it doesn’t have to be yours!

Below you can find FIVE key strategies that can boost your motivation to help keep you on the tracks in 2024.

 

1. Buy a Mead notebook

Write down your daily, then write down your top 3-5 goals that you want to accomplish. Beginning each day with this ritual will help keep your goals front and center.

 

2. Keep inspiration close by

Surround yourself with inspiration by strategically placing motivational backgrounds on your phone, refrigerator, and bathroom. Doing so will serve as a constant reminder of your objectives. Out of sight, out of mind.

 

3. Books & podcasts are a cheat code

Instead of music, listen to books and podcasts that are going to help sharpen your mind. That’s one of the many reasons why my signature conditioning program – Lunge & Learn – is so effective. You listen while you lunge. Take advantage!

 

4. Accountability is paramount

Accountability is mandatory when it comes to long-lasting, sustainable change. Having an in-person and/or online accountability partner is a safeguard to keep you focused.
