The daily test you can’t get anywhere else

Bring your boring AF workout routine to life with walking lunges. How/why? By embracing something that is going to challenge you every day.

I’m not going to sugarcoat it. 400-800 meters every day is hard. You’re not going to want to do it every day. Not every day is gonna feel like Christmas.

BUTTT there’s nothing like getting through those 400-800 meters. The closest thing I can equate it to is the “runners high.” Walking lunges are a category of one. There’s nothing like it. And when you can overcome that next-day soreness and that sick-nasty burn on turn 3, you’re gonna be proud of yourself.
