We talk about this concept frequently at Max Effort HQ. The process itself can feel super daunting sometimes, right? But, if you can focus on the small wins and continue to compile them up consistently, then it turns into something great.

People want to skip ahead and go right to the great part. Little do they realize that the small wins are where the learning occurs. Small wins help you build more courage, self-esteem, and confidence. That right there is everything.

Become unstoppable

Once you understand the format of the process, you become unstoppable. Even if you’re battling through to get the small win, you know you’re going to get it. You’re going to adapt to find a solution, no matter what. Quitting isn’t really an option.

Persistence through progress is everything. Small wins are the key, especially when you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

How can you win something small to get rolling? Can you just make it to the gym every day this week? Can you just make it one day at a time on your lunges? Can you write in your journal for the Win a Life challenge? Don’t overlook or underestimate the small wins. They’re the key to success.
