5 Things People Mess Up When Starting Out | #IWANTABZ 2023 - CoryG Fitness

#1 GO ALL IN 🚀

Are you striving to get better results from your workout? If so, you’re not alone.

Many people struggle to get the most out of their efforts. To maximize your results, we recommend going ALL IN. Instead of settling for a 30% result from only going 50-70%, you can get a 120% result if you go 100%.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeIn”]

#2 FOLLOW THE PROGRAM 🧐

In addition to going all in, it’s important to follow the program as it is designed.

Max Effort has been tested, re-tested and improved upon with thousands of people, so it’s important to trust the process and not try to create your own version. We got your back.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”4375036″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_shadow_3d” onclick=”custom_link” css_animation=”fadeIn” link=”https://maxeffortmuscle.com/collections/supplements”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeIn”]

#3 TRUST THE PROCESS

To piggyback off of #2, not only must you follow the guidelines outlined in the program, but it’s hugely important to trust the process.

Forget what you know and follow the program.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeIn”]

#4 WALKING LUNGES =
LIGHTNING-FAST METABOLISM

One of the key pillars to a successful transformation is using walking lunges as your source of conditioning… every single day.

While it’s okay to bike or run extra, lunges are key to building a lightning-fast metabolism. Create a daily streak, build the momentum, and get shredded.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeIn”]

#5 SUPPLEMENTS ARE ESSENTIAL

Recovery is just as important as training. You gotta have a plan.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”4375035″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_shadow_3d” onclick=”custom_link” css_animation=”fadeIn” link=”https://maxeffortmuscle.com/collections/supplements”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeIn”]It doesn’t matter if you’re a weekend warrior, average joe, elite powerlifter, or a world-class athlete, we all have to take our recovery seriously.

Doing so will allow you to get back in the game faster. Doing so will allow you to push harder. Doing so will better equip you to recover at the highest level possible.

Couldn’t agree more with the follow the program point. Whether it’s on the app or on IG, the answer I say is often just follow the protocol. So simple. Don’t make it harder. G has ironed it all out. Just follow and work your ass off.

So just a little unclear on the protocols using the app. I know it outlines the exercises and the sets but what about weight
choice? How long do you do work out before moving on? So get stacked v1 for example? When do you move to v2? Thx

Each get stacked is four weeks long, run through it then on to the next one… Weight choice is on you unless you’re doing something that you’re working to a max
