Get Back ASAP

I’m out of town, super busy and out of my routine. I yearn to get back to the routine. It’s part of why when I’m on vacation or traveling for work, that even if I get one hour of sleep coming back, I immediately throw myself back into the routine. It’s a mental health manager and the way I build my confidence.

Even though it may sound crazy to do lunge 800 meters every day, squat five days a week, etc., my routine has undoubtedly yielded a high level of results. They always say that the definition of insanity is doing something over and over again, expecting a different result.

The opposite is that I keep repeating a process but get a new and exciting result instead, which ultimately allows me to keep my sanity.

Eliminate the Bullshit

I never focus on the external influences that society pushes down on us, I choose to not give a fuck about those things. What I care about is getting real results for you and I here at CoryG Fitness. I strive to keep you motivated and to continue reaching for higher levels.  That’s what I care about.

So, when I know exactly what results my routine is producing, being off my routine drives me crazy. You don’t necessarily have to adhere to my routine, but hey it’s what works for me. That being said, you should be tightening the bolts down on a daily basis to keep you on a positive trajectory.

Tighten up your routine!
