💰 QUOTE
“Do you have rules in place?”
I can go on & on forever on this topic.
Simply put, when I have rules in place I’m more successful. When I don’t, I’m less successful.
The million-dollar question is, “What are your rules?”

💰💰 DEEPER DIVE
Have you ever written down your rules of operation?
As corny as it sounds, don’t sleep on it. For example, one of my rules is not drinking alcohol during the week. This means I’m not going to go out on a Tuesday night or have a beer at dinner at the local pub.
It’s one of my rules.
I would much rather stay hydrated for my workouts, stay on my diet, and stay motivated for my business ventures. Being intentional with your rules is what makes the difference. Implementing regulations on yourself is what makes the difference.
So, I ask you, what are your rules for operation? Write them down now.

The 2-Minute Rules
w/ James Clear
Take whatever habit you’re trying to build, and scale it down to where it only takes you 2 minutes or less to do.
Reading – instead of setting a goal to read 30 books in one year, read one page.
Gym – instead of working out five days a week for one hour, go to the gym five days a week for just five minutes.
Sounds silly, right? What’s at play here? The art of showing up.
You’re mastering this principle, which means you’re working on changing at the identity-level. You’re locking in a new standard for yourself.
