So, what does this allow me to do?

Make better decisions.
Take calculated risks.
Be confident in my abilities.

Sure, the discipline won’t always be in line, but you must always fight for it to be. It can be a powerful chain reaction. 

Let’s say you get your diet in line first. You’re outlining what you’re going to eat for the week, you’re meal-prepping, and you’re starting to feel good. Boom. Now that you have the diet & nutrition in check, you start taking your workouts more seriously. The pounds/fat start falling off. Awesome. Then, you dedicate to this process I call Lunge & Learn. Lunge while you sharpen your mind. And then you go into work to present to your team and fucking blaze it. Then, a new position opens up and a promotion is there for the taking.

And now you’re confident enough to walk up to your boss to demand that promotion. BOOM.
