What is the Holy Grail?

The Holy Grail.  That’s the level we’re aspiring to on the Anabolic Fasting Lifestyle.  I’ve been there multiple times, and I’m about to be there, yet again.  So, what do I mean exactly?

The Holy Grail means that your metabolism is operating so fast that you have to cheat on Wednesday night, Friday night, and Saturday night.  The fire is scorching hot, meaning, your metabolic rate is through the roof from following the full system – not just from the diet.

You must have everything dialed in: Anabolic Fasting, Lunge & Learn, Training, and Supplements.  These four components – applied consistently over time – help ramp up your metabolism to help you achieve Holy Grail status.  I’m talking about next-level changes.

The Real Holy Grail

What do I mean by Real Holy Grail?  I mean that you have to have a cheat meal AND cheat spike all three days.  Then, by the time Monday comes around, you’re the same weight.  This is possible because the body is depleted, and your metabolism is sky high from the momentum you created.

Does it get any better than that?  How much more freedom do you need?  You can’t cheat every single day and get away with it, nor is it healthy for you.

Ask Yourself This Question

If you can reach the Holy Grail level, why wouldn’t you make that your target?  Why not try?  That means you’re eating perfect 97% of the time.  That means you look the way you want to look.  That means that you’re a more confident person.
