Lost 14 lbs

14 pounds in 12 weeks. 84 days of 400m lunges. 43 years old and proud this body can still do what it does. I wanted to do better than I did in 2019 and I think I succeeded.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”4094951″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” css_animation=”fadeInDown”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”4094952″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” css_animation=”fadeInDown”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeInDownBig”]

Lost 42 lbs

The past 3 months have really pushed me to a level that I never thought I could go. 2020 was a tough year for me as I had 2 loved ones pass away towards the end of the year. I was working out, but my diet was out of wack completely. During the contest, I got COVID halfway through and had pretty strong symptoms. I continued to fight through as I was determined to get to the top and make a change in myself. I am a senior at Texas A&M and am going to graduate in December and feel that I was able to really set myself apart from my peers mentally and physically through following anabolic fasting, get stacked and then to top it off Max efforts supplements I felt dialed in the whole time. I am able to take the things that I learned from the audio books and then the concepts of weightlifting/ bodybuilding and take them into the real world with me after I graduate and implement them into my life.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”4094953″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” css_animation=”fadeInDown”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”4094954″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” css_animation=”fadeInDown”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeInDownBig”]

Ryan Smith

Lost 31 lbs

I kept the diet as strict as possible and finished the contest with a 35 day lunging streak of at least 400m (sometimes more depending on the energy levels). I aimed to lose 20 pounds and once I got that, I didn’t realize how easy and fast my metabolism would be so I challenged myself to get to the 30 pound mark. And I did it as I got to 31 pounds. Lastly, G, I just want to say thank you for all the information you have laid out in the app that helped me get back on track as I was getting miserable with the physique I was in. Your Max Effort supplements definitely made everything easier as well because they were enjoyable and/or beneficial. I am officially a loyal customer forever and will keep buying it.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”4094957″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” css_animation=”fadeInDownBig”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”4094958″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” css_animation=”fadeIn”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeInDownBig”]

Lost 27 lbs

Mental hurdles galore. Lost my job, got a new one with a much busier schedule about two weeks in. Battled a shoulder injury and illness right at the end. Was super strict on my diet and ended up looking flatter than I was in prior weeks. Overall I got in incredible shape mentally and physically.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”4094968″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” css_animation=”fadeInDown”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”4094969″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” css_animation=”fadeInDown”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeInDownBig”]

AF is a godsend for a Dad that’s also a professional firefighter. I never missed out on dinners at the firehouse or at home. Lots of times I would step up and fix meals that fit in the parameters. The guidelines are super easy to follow for a guy on the go. It was like you said, see what works for you and stick with it. Since joining the department I have strived to be one of the best fireman on the job. I have always wanted people to say if I am trapped in a fire I want that MFer to come get my A$$. Also now that I am a Captain I feel I need to be the example. I have been listening to audio books on leadership during my lunge and learn. It’s actually rubbed off on some younger guys. Rather than watching TV, I have seen a couple of the guys take a map book to the stair climber.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”4094970″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” css_animation=”fadeInDownBig”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”4094971″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” css_animation=”fadeInDown”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
