I am on straight power v3.0 and I don’t understand what do you mean by 5 supersets BELT SQUAT BOX SQUAT. How do I do this? And all the following exercise on straight power v3.0 day3 does not mention how many sets and reps clearly. Can you please clarify or update the workout ? Thanks in advance

Its bodyweight box squat. 25 reps super-set with hamstring curls 25 reps 5 sets. Hope this helps
BODYWEIGHT BOX SQUATS (HIGH REP) — 5 Set Super set
*Use Belt Squat Against Bands if you have it
5 sets
*25 reps to a 12″ Box ( use a med ball front racked)
Hamstring Curls: 25 reps

its either or buddy if you don’t have a belt squat it doesn’t matter
