What Was I Looking For?

In one word: flexibility.

I was in search of a solution
that could meet all my needs.

I needed to be in top-level shape, my preparation needed to be simple, and I didn’t want to live out of Tupperware 24/7.  I needed to be organized.

I’m talking about a strategy where I could still eat “unhealthy foods” at planned times.  I’m talking about the weekends, family gatherings, birthdays, and the holidays.  Having this plan in place gives me the most flexibility possible.

 

Enter Anabolic Fasting

Having this type of flexibility with my diet has been lost on me up until I developed the principles of Anabolic Fasting.

When do the majority of events happen?  Friday and Saturday night.  Well, that’s when we plan most of our cheat meals.

Once you start, you’ll quickly see that it’s not rocket science.  Things become automatic and easy to follow along quickly.
