#1A WESTSIDE BARBELL

Louis Simmons and Westside Barbell don’t put out many podcasts, but they are definitely a podcast that I look forward to listening to.  I’ve learned so much from Westside Barbell over the years, and I honestly can’t get enough of it.  I don’t follow their program directly, however I have implemented and applied several of their principles to my own training.

#2 LEWIS HOWES (SCHOOL OF GREATNESS)

Lewis hosts his School of Greatness podcast from California.  The podcast gives you such a wide range of guests, that it makes for an interesting and entertaining listen consistently.

#3 TEDX

With multiple quick-hitter episodes that cover a wide range of topics, you won’t be disappointed.  A little bit of everything.

#4 BARBELL SHRUGGED

From a training standpoint I really enjoy listening to the Barbell Shrugged Podcast.  I have a particular affection towards the Barbell Shrugged guys because they have helped me immensely widen my audience, starting back in the old MusclePharm days.  I’ve been on the show a total of three times, and I can say that they have been a major key in expanding my demographic over the years.

#5 DRAMA

Drama’s podcast features some of the most interesting guests and entertainers.  On top of this, he is a great storyteller and asks thought-provoking questions to his guests.  Definitely up there for me.

#6 GARYV

Definitely one of the most vibrant and enthusiastic human beings out there is Gary V.  You are for sure going to get a thing or two from listening to his podcast.

#7 TIM FERRISS
