How It Works
Fast Until Noon
Only consume: water, coffee, Amino Recovery, Pre-Workout, and a Fat Burner (regular or Stimulant-Free)
Lunch (~12pm)
✅ Protein: 8-12 oz lean meat (ground beef, turkey, salmon, chicken)
✅ Vegetables (mixed, green beans, broccoli, etc.): 1 full bag
✅ Fat: 1/2 to full avocado or handful of mixed nuts
Dinner (~6pm)
✅ Protein: 8-12 oz lean meat (ground beef, turkey, salmon, chicken)
✅ Vegetables (mixed, green beans, broccoli, etc.): 1 full bag
✅ Fat: 1/2 to full avocado or handful of mixed nuts
Evening Spike (~8-9pm)
Banana + Peanut Butter (to boost recovery, sleep better, enhance hormones)
*Sub with any fruit
