David Cronk Dropped 20.5 lbs and Reclaimed His Edge

David Cronk had a decision to make. After an extended business trip knocked him off his game, he could’ve coasted. Instead, he chose to come back stronger—and dropped 20.5 lbs in the process.

This wasn’t his first time with #IWANTABZ, but this round meant more. He returned to the foundation of CoryG Fitness, started with a 3-day water fast to reset, and dialed in his morning and evening training—twice-a-day conditioning that included Pump :30, incline weighted vest walks, and up to a full mile of lunges on the weekends.

He followed Anabolic Fasting 101 for five weeks before shifting into 101.5 for extra carbs and energy. His metabolism became a furnace. With meals he loved, smart stacking (amino, pre, probiotics, plant protein), and unmatched consistency, he stopped needing cheat meals—except the occasional date night with his wife.

David’s mindset is simple: age doesn’t define him—effort does. “I’m here to prove that 40 isn’t a death sentence. It’s just the beginning.”
