Diminished cravings

We all have those foods or drinks out there that are our guilty pleasures, and that’s completely fine. Maybe it’s pizza, ice cream, or maybe it’s Guinness beer ha. The point is that Anabolic Fasting has some built-in flexibility so that you can still enjoy yourself, without going completely off track. If you are consistent with the guidelines, you will start to see those cravings that were once always there, start to diminish.

 

It’s a lifestyle

I want to emphasize here again that this is not a diet, but a LIFESTYLE.

We aren’t doing this for 4-6 weeks, and then falling back into the bad routine again. The ‘conventional’ way of dieting is to eat five meals a day, spread out about every two hours. This can be a huge pain in the ass with all the planning of food, always being hungry, constantly cooking and doing dishes, and it makes you more vulnerable to cave in to your cravings.

 

Feel fuller quicker

When following the AF protocol, after a 14-16 hour fast, your stomach shrinks back to normal size. So, when it comes time to eat during the day, you will feel fuller quicker, and in turn satisfied. Modern day society makes it incredibly convenient for individuals to overeat, which causes the body cavity to expand past the normal size.

Consistency and trusting the process here are paramount to success with Anabolic Fasting. In the long run, you will start to see many of your normal cravings start to lessen.
