It’s what everyone wants

Here’s a scenario. Someone that feels like they have no energy, don’t feel good about themselves, and feels like they are running on a hamster wheel. On top of this, they aren’t looking for a source of deeper education or personal development to help them feel good.

My never ending pursuit

I’ve been on both sides: feeling great and feeling terrible, swinging back and forth multiple times throughout my life. I understand the emotions that come with both sides of the equation.

That said, there’s absolutely no replacement to feeling good.

The way you look, the way you operate, and the way you feel about yourself. It’s a lifelong process of plugging in the right variables to help keep you on the tracks. Things such as the discipline in your diet, dedication to training, and the built-in dysfunction you allow in your life to help you relax.

 

It’s a daily battle

Every day is a battle, and you must have a strategy. Many people get so out of sync that they forget what it feels like to have natural energy. To laugh, feel playful, and be fun to be around.

Look, the world isn’t sunshine and rainbows all the time. The current state of the world is more than enough proof of this. But it’s all in the pursuit of feeling good.

 

Lunge & Learn

Every day when you get up select material to listen to during your lunges that will make you a better person. Identify and write down goals that will challenge your personal boundaries. Have the glass half full, not half empty mindset.

“Thoughts are things that become reality through practice and belief.”

These are the prerequisites to feeling good. They all work together. I’ve not had them all together before, and I know what it feels like. Keeping it at 100% all the time is virtually impossible.
