Homemade Sweet Potato Fries
What you need:
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- Cut into strips
- Melt some butter in a bowl, toss the sweet potato strips in
- Add sea salt and toss them around
- Place strips on a cooking pan
- Coat your pan in Ghee (clarified butter) – thin layer
Bonus dipping sauce
- Add more melted butter to a small bowl, add Red Hot sauce, and boom
Other tips
- Cook at 420 degrees
- Aim for about 60 minutes or until crispy
