Stop chasing hacks. Start chasing progress.
Everyone wants to talk about recovery. Ice baths, saunas, sleep trackers, supplements, etc.
But guess what? Most people aren’t even training hard enough to need recovery. If your workouts aren’t pushing you to your limits, what exactly are you recovering from?
The truth is, you’re not “overtrained.” You’re under-worked.
People love the idea of balance, but real progress only comes from redlining it, even if that means you occasionally have to pull back. I’ve been competing and training since I was 17. I’m 47 now. And I can tell you firsthand: running from the work will get you nowhere.
Quit trying to out-hack effort. Find what you can pour yourself into. Your training, your career, your goals. Then go all-in. The results will come when you stop running away from the work and start running toward it.
