I used to run to get in shape.

But every time I did, I ended up looking skinny — not strong.
I didn’t like how it made me feel.

One day, I tried walking lunges instead.

I did one lap around the track.
My legs burned… but it felt good.

The next morning? My legs felt full.
My body looked tighter. I felt stronger — not skinnier.

So I made the switch.
No more running. I started lunging every day.

Now I use lunges as my cardio.
It builds muscle and burns fat at the same time.
