The 2025 #IWANTABZ Contest was more than just a fat-loss challenge for Tom — it was a life shift.
He dropped 27 lbs and got in the best shape of his life. But even more important? He came out of it more focused at work, more present at home, and more confident in his daily routine.

Waking up at 4AM to lunge, track his food, and stay dialed became a rhythm he could rely on — and it’s not stopping now.
“This challenge taught me so many things and reinforced so many amazing new habits,” Tom said. “I feel like so much has been accomplished, and now I’ve got a foundation I’ll keep building on.”

This is what it’s really about — setting a new standard and never looking back.
