Mason became a dad, Vince went full CoryG Mode, and Nicole found her purpose.
Thank you to everyone who showed up, put in the work, and committed to the Morgan Wade VIP Transformation Contest. This wasn’t just about abs—it was about pushing yourself mentally, physically, and emotionally. Huge congrats to our Top 3 winners who truly embodied what this contest is all about!

He dropped 37.8 lbs, inspired his circle, and never missed a workout or a lunge.
Vince didn’t just want to cut weight—he wanted to live the Max Effort lifestyle at 100%.
In his best contest run yet, Vince dropped 37.8 lbs, stuck with Anabolic Fasting from start to finish, and leaned fully into daily Pump :30 workouts, 400–800 meters of lunges, and consistent supplementation. He embraced the “Full CoryG Mode” mentality—and it paid off.
But his journey wasn’t just about fat loss. He trained for a charity boxing match in the Twin Cities Battle of the Badges, a cop vs. firefighter event raising money for a fellow first responder with cancer. He showed up for himself, for others, and for his mission.
Vince credits this contest and community with helping him stay locked in—not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. He’s now leading by example for friends, family, and fellow first responders, proving that fitness is far more than physical.
He Became a Father and Got in the Best Shape of His Life
Mason Upton didn’t just lose 44.6 pounds during the #IWANTABZ2025 Contest—he gained a new identity. In the final stretch of the contest, Mason’s life flipped: he became a dad. Even with no gym, no track, and no predictable schedule, he showed up every single day.
While many would hit pause, Mason adapted. He stayed dialed into all four pillars of CoryG Fitness, never missing his daily 800-meter lunges—even while in the hospital for his son’s birth. He pushed his body under 10% body fat and reached a level of leanness he’d never experienced before.
But it wasn’t just physical. Mason launched a business, consumed hours of Lunge & Learn content, and dialed into financial literacy and fatherhood. When his son was born, his “why” became real—and it drove him to a whole new level.
Nicole Chose Discipline Over Drift—and Everything Changed
Nicole didn’t enter #IWANTABZ2025 just to get fit—she entered to reclaim her purpose. When her company asked for year-end accomplishments to celebrate, she felt nothing but emptiness. That feeling lit a fire. She refused to drift through another year.
Then came a sign: a Max Effort Muscle post about the #IWANTABZ contest. That same night, she turned to her husband and said, “We should do this.” His reply? “Let’s fucking do it.”
Together, they built a system—tracking data with WHOOP, planning nutrition with Anabolic Fasting, and leaning on Max Effort Muscle supplements and deep recovery methods. Nicole crushed 5AM workouts, studied for her architecture exams, and embraced small, daily habits through The Compound Effect.
Ten weeks later, she’s down 14 pounds, but that’s just the surface. She proved to herself—and anyone watching—that with discipline, mindset, and intention, anything is possible.
