Vince Transformed His Body—and Raised the Bar for Everyone Around Him
He dropped 37.8 lbs, inspired his circle, and never missed a workout or a lunge.
Vince didn’t just want to cut weight—he wanted to live the Max Effort lifestyle at 100%.
In his best contest run yet, Vince dropped 37.8 lbs, stuck with Anabolic Fasting from start to finish, and leaned fully into daily Pump :30 workouts, 400–800 meters of lunges, and consistent supplementation. He embraced the “Full CoryG Mode” mentality—and it paid off.
But his journey wasn’t just about fat loss. He trained for a charity boxing match in the Twin Cities Battle of the Badges, a cop vs. firefighter event raising money for a fellow first responder with cancer. He showed up for himself, for others, and for his mission.
Vince credits this contest and community with helping him stay locked in—not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. He’s now leading by example for friends, family, and fellow first responders, proving that fitness is far more than physical.
