The Setup:
Pull-ups: reps per minute
2 Ab Variations Added: Hanging Knee Raises & Hanging Straight-Leg Raises
*Alternate or mix both ab moves throughout
That’s it: 40 total minutes of pull-ups and abs.
Don’t worry if you’re not there yet. Scale it like this:
Reduce the reps: Do 1-2 pull-ups per minute instead of 3
Add more rest: Try 3 reps every 90 seconds
*Use a band for assisted pull-ups
Sub with equipment:
No bar? Use a lat pulldown machine
No machine? Do bent-over rows (with dumbbells or a backpack)
Ab swaps: Lying leg raises, weighted crunches
The point isn’t perfection—it’s effort. You can get a legit pump on vacation. Use this as your go-to travel workout.
