Bryan lost 29 lbs and got into his best shape ever without burning himself out. He followed CoryG’s Four Pillars with precision—AF101 + AF101.5, Get Stacked lifts, Pump:30, and daily lunges. He didn’t miss a workout, hit a lunge PR of 1.5 miles, and trained smart inside the guide rails he set with his wife.
The transformation didn’t stop in the gym. He locked in a 4AM morning routine that helped him cook for his family, lift with his kids, and lead spiritually through daily Bible readings and a men’s group. At work, his discipline paid off with a long-awaited promotion.
