If you’re reading this article, you clicked on it because it piqued your interest.  Ask yourself: Where are you going in 2020?   Where are you taking your body & mind?  Do you have a plan of attack to take yourself mentally and physically to the next level in 2020?  If you don’t have a plan, where are you going?  Andrew Carnegie said it best, “An aimless person is going nowhere.”  If you don’t know what you want or where you’re going, it’s almost impossible.

Fitness isn’t just my hobby. This is what I do for my job and it dominates the majority of my thoughts.  I’ve done this on a full-time basis for over 20 years, and I wake up excited every day to improve my system.  I love helping people realize what they are truly capable of.

I challenge you to compile a list of goals.  Think about grabbing a service (corygfitness.com) that will help push you to a whole new level.  If you don’t have the answer to where you’re going, I have a couple answers for you to help get this process started.

You need a community and support system such as the one here at CoryG Fitness.  I’m on the Daily Blog every day going back and forth helping and answering questions.  The community is constantly there to support each other.
