Everybody has a vision of how they see themselves at their best.

What type of shape do you want to be in?  How do you want to carry yourself?  What’s the confident version of you look like?  How do you want to dress?  What sort of relationships do you want?  What do you want your life to look like?

Everyone has their own versionAt some point, people visualize what they want for themselves, but the majority is afraid to go get it.  You get to where you want to go by adding disciplined processes and habits based around who you want to be.

Once again, all these things are possible.  Especially if you can see it.  No one else can see it but you.  No one else will believe it.  It’s unique to you, and you only.  You are the only one who really knows what you want.

Don’t let anyone else tell you what you think you want.  It must come from deep within.  On top of this, you have to believe that it’s possible.  That the idea you see in your mind can happen.

You will encounter rough spots, wins & losses, and a lot of time involved to achieve it.  I’m not where I want to be, but I’ve had spots in my life where I’ve reached new tiers I was striving for.  It feels good.  I’ve checked off goals, had things taken away, and experienced major changes & setbacks.  We all do, but it’s part of the process.

As people get older…

They stop daydreaming.  They stop visualizing the life they truly want for themselves.  They start to give in to what today is like, not what tomorrow can be.  No matter what age you are, don’t ever stop dreaming.  The possibilities in this world are endless.

See it, believe it, and be okay with the process to execute it.
