Dear Cory,

About five years ago, I dislocated both of my kneecaps (I’m 19years old now), during a soccer match. I dragged myself through this hard revalidation period which took me about 2,5 years. After that, I started going to the gym and I even went back to playing soccer and it happened again, I dislocated both of my kneecaps, but this time I set them back myself. I went to a physical therapist to revalidate and during this period he told me I would never be able to squat more than 50kg. But then I decided to prove him wrong, I started following your #SquatEveryday trainer, I’m doing this for 223days now and I never even skipped one single day. My mindset changed through this program and I feel stronger than ever. I’m even doing powerlift competitions now and I plan on doing the dutch and european championships in 2016, with a current squat of 160kg I surpassed everyone’s expectations and I don’t plan on quitting #SquatEveryday anytime soon.
