Just wanted to say thanks for the motivation. I started out at 375 lbs. I am now 255lbs.
When I first started working out I did the Get Swole program. Then this year finishing my senior year of college, I started squat every day. I started with 95lbs, I finished about 5 months later with a 315 back squat and a 185 front squat. Mornings I didn’t want to get out of bed I’d watch those snapchats. I got my ass up and went to the squat rack. Told myself to quit being soft!!
Without your influence I would have never found out about West Side barbell. That lead me to train at my current gym of Crossfit Conjugate in Cincinnati Ohio. I pull close to 500 now and I’m shooting for 405 back squat on the 12th.
Thank you for helping to change my life around. If it wasn’t for you, the attitude from the muscle pharm videos, and conjugate, who knows where I’d be. Maybe I wouldn’t be here today.
