→ FLEXIBILITY: You know what I think is funny? When people say you can’t make physical progress when you have a cheat meal. Look, I’m not saying you can have pizza, ice cream, wings, and beer 3X a week, but I am saying that you can strategically incorporate cheat meals without killing your progress!
→ SIMPLICITY: You know what sucks? Being the stiff at the cookout. Not eating the delicious foods around Thanksgiving and Christmas. Never having the wings, the beer, or the nachos. In other words, if you’re always so strict, you’re eventually going to break. An extreme caloric restriction diet or low carb or whatever may work in the short term (for some), but they almost NEVER turn out well in the LONG TERM.
