A wise man once told me that it takes 21 days to create a habit.  With my direction, I’m going to challenge you at the first of the year to create new habits that will impact your life in 2020.  Truly going all-in will expose you to a new tier of growth that may be difficult to grasp, but it will unlock a new you with a no-matter-what attitude.

I’m going to challenge you to create the habit of moving daily with creating streaks and focusing in on your diet and lifestyle.  I say “lifestyle” because I wanna drink beer too lol.  A major ingredient of developing new habits is having a goal in mind.  We have created a few goals and dates for you with the #IWANTABZ contest.  We are creating that date on the calendar because I know how important it is to have ultimate success.  You must know where you’re going.  We’ve created an environment and community that you can feel a part of and ask questions at any time.  We will help you through the process.

Once you sign up, start to understand the diet and workouts.  Give yourself time and familiarize yourself with our process.  Then, when you turn it on, you can confidently say to yourself, “I’m going to take full control of my life.  I’m going to create habits that I have seen work but haven’t dialed into yet.  I know, I can see it.  It’s time to flip the switch.”

Right now, I know we are still with families and getting ready for the first of the year.  Leisurely learn the process and get your mind right over the next few days.   Then, pick your date on the calendar between January 1-15th to begin your path to a bigger and better 2020.
