You’re on vacation, but that doesn’t mean your training has to take a back seat. This simple but brutal vacation-friendly workout keeps you strong, lean, and feeling good—without spending hours in the gym. No excuses, no equipment needed (except a pull-up bar), just pure work.

THE WORKOUT

Pull-Up Challenge: 250 total

*Do 5 pull-ups every minute for 50 minutes
*Can’t do pull-ups? Use a band for assistance. Can’t do that? Hit a row variation – ring, barbell, or dumbbell rows!

Conditioning Superset: 30 minutes alternating

Jump Rope (1 min for max reps)
Stationary Deficit Lunges (1 min for max reps)

Finish feeling like a savage, then hit the beach. 🌴🏖️🥃
