Level Up Your Back Game ✅
Master the neutral grip pulldown and carve out your road map back 🛣️ 🗺️
When it comes to creating a strong, defined and nasty back, the V-bar pulldown is one of my go-to exercises. But this isn’t just about pulling weight—it’s about being intentional. I’m literally trying to create a shelf with my arch, squeezing my back to fire up every single muscle and carve out the nastiest back road map you’ve ever seen.
The key is in the form: maintain a slight arch in your back, lean slightly, and focus on that controlled squeeze at the bottom. This move targets your lats, traps, and rhomboids while giving you a serious pump. Time to get to sculpting.
How to Do It:
- Suggested Sets & Reps: 3-5 sets of 15-20 reps.
- Pro Tip: Slow down the eccentric (lowering) phase for filthy twist
