Stop Sabotaging Your Confidence ❎

Here’s how aimlessness kills progress and what to do about it.

How NOT to Build Confidence

If you’re wandering around with no clear goals, it’s no wonder confidence feels out of reach. An aimless person wakes up without a purpose, doesn’t put in work toward anything, and never sets a real goal to hit. When you have zero structure or healthy habits, you’re bound to end up frustrated and blaming others.

Confidence requires you to build purpose every day, not just hope it lands in your lap. Check out the first event at my Muscle Island compound.

Purpose Requires Execution

Confidence isn’t something you can wish into existence—it takes consistent action, discipline, and an end goal. That baseline you’re building each day by hitting workouts, setting goals, and staying consistent? That’s what keeps you in the game and ready when an opportunity hits.

If you keep walking through life without a plan, you’re missing every shot. Set defined goals, work toward them every single day, and keep yourself grounded no matter the obstacles.

Earn It Daily, and the Payoff Will Come

The confidence you’re chasing? It’s built on hard work, on days you didn’t want to show up but did anyway. You’re not entitled to confidence or success; you earn it. Put in the work each day, stay in your lane, and keep pushing yourself mentally and physically.

When you put in that kind of effort, you’ll find that confidence isn’t just an accident—it’s a product of knowing where you’re going and getting there one step at a time.
