Anabolic Fasting: The Simple Way to Eat, Train, and Enjoy Weekends 😎
The History of Anabolic Fasting
Before I started Anabolic Fasting (AF), I followed a traditional 5-6 meals per day protocol. While it got me great results, I was constantly hungry, sometimes moody, and found it extremely difficult to maintain over the long term, especially after shows and photoshoots.
The Turning Point
On a vacation, my weight shot up from 205 pounds to 218 pounds. I was pissed off and unhappy, and I realized there had to be a better way to live and teach others.
Enter Anabolic Fasting…
Anabolic Fasting combines principles from the Anabolic Diet & Intermittent Fasting, with my own spin:
- Anabolic Diet: Created by Dr. Mauro Di Pasquale and studied by Dr. Eric Serrano, aimed at drug-free athletes to mimic drug-like responses.
- Intermittent Fasting: I had never fully tried it before, but it became a key part of my new approach.
Why Anabolic Fasting Works
- No Cravings: If you’re craving junk food on Anabolic Fasting, it usually means you didn’t eat enough of the foods you’re supposed to.
- Weekend Enjoyment: Stick to the plan during the week and enjoy yourself on the weekend with minimal guilt.
- Increased Productivity: Stable insulin levels lead to more energy and motivation, making it a lifestyle, not just a diet.
