Mondays give you structure

need structure in my life to be more successful. Without it I’m a mess. I love the structure as much as I like being a creative, free thinker.

I crave Mondays because it brings me back to the structure and systems I have built out in my life. Two days – aka the weekend – is just enough for me to recharge.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator style=”shadow” border_width=”2″ css_animation=”fadeIn”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeIn”]

Mondays are an opportunity

Mondays mean you get another opportunity to make a difference. It’s another chance to add, subtract, and refine your daily habits.

52 weeks in a year, 52 chances. Take it seriously.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator style=”shadow” border_width=”2″ css_animation=”fadeIn”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeIn”]

Mondays are for change

Do you hate Mondays because it means going back to a job you hate? If so, it’s time to take action and create some change. Start reserving your focus for those things that excite you and get you fired up.

Making this shift isn’t going to happen overnight, but taking action is the first step.

My newsletter is called I ❤️ Monday’s because I truly do love Mondays. I’m going to help you get off to a good start each and every week with 1 workout, 1 thought, and 1 quote.

love Mondays! My issue is keeping that Monday energy on Thursdays and Fridays. Usually the days I start to slip. build back on Saturday Sunday. Almost like I burn out Monday thru Wednesday regularly.
