🤔 THOUGHT

I thought fasting was stupid until…

#1 I wasn’t getting smaller, I was getting stronger

After testing it for a while, I started to understand that I would NOT become smaller and lose all my muscle from fasting. This was complete opposite of what I thought.

#2 Fasting killed all my cravings

My cravings have massively decreased since I started fasting. My cravings are now almost non-existent. This lifestyle is so much easier to manage compared to the bodybuilding diets I followed for years.

#3 Better digestion + sharper mind

Having a crappy digestive system just sucks. Not only will fasting help improve your digestive system (no upset stomachs), but it also will help you be mentally sharper.

#4 The easiest shopping list in the world

Planning and shopping for food just got that much easier. P.S. you save $$.

#5 You won’t be an outsider

My weekly cheat meal strategy is epic. It’s been proven to work through thousands of my members, it’s sustainable, and it doesn’t alienate you at the family cookout or tailgate.

#6 Eating doesn’t run my life anymore

Gone are the days where you’re thinking about food 24/7 or obsessing over your next meal. Fasting puts structure and healthy food boundaries in your life.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”4383139″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_shadow_3d” css_animation=”fadeIn”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator style=”shadow” border_width=”2″ css_animation=”fadeIn”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeIn”]

📋 QUOTE

Quotes on success:

“Don’t blend in. Stay in your lane. There’s no traffic in your lane.”
