#1 Work Out

In my opinion, I believe that you should work out at all costs on Thanksgiving. If you have the time, I would try to do at least something Thursday-Sunday.

Why?

➡️ More energy
➡️ Less sluggish
➡️ Keep your metabolism up

Personally, I’m going to be lunging 800 meters every day – at the very least. Both Thursday and Friday will be normal workout days for me. Need some personal development? Download my book on Confidence 100% Free.

P.S. Have you ever experienced a post-Thanksgiving arm pump? It’s one of a kind, let me tell you.

#2 Don’t Graze

We’ve all been there, right?

You hold off on eating until you eat your first Thanksgiving meal at 12pm.

But then you’re snacking on some cookies, sweets, etc. throughout the day.

Next thing you know, it’s dinnertime – aka time for your second Thanksgiving meal.

You’re puffed to the gills, super bloated, and can barely move. But for some reason you keep stuffing your face.

➡️ My Advice?

Stick to the mealtimes and don’t graze between meals.

Doing so will help you better manage your hunger and minimize the damage.

#3 Don’t Let it Carry Over

Thanksgiving is on THURSDAY… not Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

It’s so easy to let it go completely for four straight days.

Sure, not every family celebrates Thanksgiving on only Thursday. Sometimes it’s multiple days, sometimes it’s different weekends, etc.

➡️ My Advice?

Use your head! Enjoy yourself, but have a plan going in.

The key thing here to understand is to not let it spill over into multiple days. That’s a dangerous downward spiral that is very difficult to pull yourself out of.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeIn”]

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!
