Hey Coach – Baking mix looks awesome. Can’t wait for the next batch to come in. One question i did have, and I’m sure you’ve answered before I just can’t find the post. What is the difference between taking M.E.M. Post Workout v. M.E.M. protein? Should I be taking both? Just 1? I love both – just want to make sure I’m refueling correctly. Thanks!

Okay, I was thinking, and had a question. When we do the nightly carb spike, should we do it right after our meal, or even if we eat early, just wait till just before bed?
