Low Bar Squat Work.
I had a solid week of squatting but today felt rough so I worked up to 285 then spotted.
Then 5-8 sets
3 reps 315 conventional speed pulls
3 weighted box jumps at 20 inches
3 box squat box jumps much higher
100 ab wheels
5×5 heavy cable abs
(400 meter lunges)
10 ounces turkey – 2 sweet potatoes – nuts

G, I need some help. I’m a short guy, about 5″7 weigh 140. When I follow AF I easily get down to about 129 but can’t move any weight. I want to be strong and have muscle but not have a gut. What can I do? What would be the best way to structure AF? I’m pretty carb sensitive.
