JAY AZELTINE BIO

Jay fell in love with fitness at the age of 16 and hasn’t looked back since. He has been very fortunate to be able to spend the last 6 years training at The Old School gym while learning from world renowned fitness icons such as CoryG, Dustin Myers and Dr. Eric Serrano. These gentlemen have not only instilled in him a great wealth of knowledge inside the gym, but have also taught him many invaluable life lessons along the way. Jay is always speaking on the importance of having a clear date on the calendar to work towards. So to keep himself focused, he is always working towards either a photo shoot, power lifting meet or physique show. Jay has competed in multiple power lifting meets and most notably squatted 450lbs & deadlifted 500lbs weighing 181lbs. He has done 2 photo shoots to date and is scheduled to compete in his first physique show in late 2016. Jay has had a number of fitness articles published in magazines and is constantly pushing out new content on his blog. Outside of fitness his hobbies include reading self development books, traveling & spending time with family and friends.
